Cuvée Brut Réserve: The classic one of the house, this wine with a complex assembling of more than 35 crus, is composed of 40 % Chardonnay, 35 % of Pinot Noir and 25 % of Pinot Meunier. Les Folies de la Marquetterie: issued of the 8 Ha which surround the house, with its 45 % odf Chardonnay and 55 % Pinot Noir, this powerful and warm-hearted wine is really a wondeful tribute to the chateau de la Marquetterie. Cuvée Brut Millésimé: This amateur cuvée with its huge aromatic delicacy, brings its roundness and its energy to the classics of the Grande Cuisine. It reflects its year. Cuvée Prestige Rosé: the magnificent colour of this rosé is a itself a promise. The freshness of the Chardonnay and the real structure of the pinot produce a marvellous aperitif or meal wine. It matches marvellously with red berries desserts. Cuvée Prélude Grands Crus: this wine is exclusively composed of Grands Crus. Thanks to its perfect harmony out of the assembling to 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it may be enjoyed for aperitif as well as accompaning big plates of seafood. Cuvée Nocturne: this "dry" champagne made of 40 % Chardonnay and 60 Pinot NOir and Meunier is utmost gourmand.
